BOT LYDIA WOMEN'S BASE LAYER SHIRT, DARK GREY
The "Lydia" long-sleeve base layer is designed for movement perfect for sports and other physical activities in cold weather. The lightweight, stretchy jersey fabric quickly wicks moisture away from the skin, helps regulate body temperature, and keeps you dry.
The fabric incorporates Welltex® -technology, which reflects the body's emitted infrared energy (FIR). FIR technology is known to stimulate circulation and provide a therapeutic effect, alleviating discomfort and pain in joints, muscles, and soft tissues.
The soft fabric makes it comfortable to wear as sleepwear as well. The cuffs at the wrists are ribbed.

Machine wash at 40°C, gentle cycle. Use regular detergent. Do not bleach or use fabric softeners. Do not dry clean. Do not iron. Air dry; do not tumble dry.
